Bandit Rock Awards 2012 – February 18th 2012

The Bandit Rock Awards hit Münchenbryggeriet in Stockholm with Sweden’s one and only Rock and Metal Gala.
The event was sold out this year, estimating at about 1700 headbangers for this years Bandit Rock Awards. The main hosts of the evening were Bandit radio show hosts Bollnäs-Martin and Peter Kjellin. Guest hosts included the likes of Sanna, Danne McKenzie and Nicke Borg who delivered a great show with lots of humor!

Bands such as Supercharger, Amaranthe and Raubtier had exclusive shows, while Seether were on stage for 45 minutes. Headliner 3 Doors Down played for a whole set of 75 minutes, which gave the evening the feeling of a one-night festival where people were having fun, drinking and headbanging to the 5 bands that performed this evening.

Unfortunately, Swedish outfit Sabaton had to cancel their show due to illness. However, two band members still came down to receive their award. You can find the full list of Sabaton and other winners of the Bandit Rock Awards below.
